In over 40 years of practice, Patrick Garcia has built and maintained an impeccable reputation for professionalism and expert legal services.  Pat serves as general counsel to government entities, private corporations, and various special districts.  He is an expert in administrative law, real estate, commercial law, and local government matters.  Prior to joining Orona Garcia & Duran, P.C., he worked for several government offices, including the Office of State Planning and Budgeting, the State Board of Agriculture, and the Office of the Attorney General. 

A graduate of Stanford Law School, Pat has dedicated himself to the city of Pueblo.  He has served on the Judicial Nominating Commission and the Latino Chamber Development Corporation Board Education Committee and is a former president of the Latino Chamber Board.  Pat’s tenacity and strict attention to detail ensure that his clients always get impeccable service and superior results.
